We understand that from time to time circumstances change in our schedule. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, it is asked that you inform London Lash & Nail Studio prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Simply CALL/TEXT (484) 447-0456  to cancel the appointment but this does not waiver any fees that may apply. Please do not send messages on instagram/Facebook as these are not checked regularly and often not seen until the day has already begun. If canceling after 48hrs the following terms and conditions apply:  * Between 48-24hrs prior to service a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged - subject to availability you may be given the option to reschedule this service within 5 business days and fees will be waived. This is a one time reschedule option only. Multiple rescheduling will result in service being classed as a No Show and subject to 100% charge.
 * After 24hrs prior to service a fee of 100% of the service will be charged - subject to availability you may given the option to reschedule this service within 5 business days and fees will be waived. This is a one time reschedule option only. Multiple rescheduling will result in service being classed as a No Show and subject to 100% charge. 
 All No Show scheduled services will be charged at 100% of service and London Lash & Nail studio reserve the right to cancel/decline any further appointments. *All Deposits paid at time of booking are processed and collected. Collected Deposits will go towards the final payment for services. All deposits are non-refundable regardless of date of cancellation as this deposit guarantees the service time and date, therefore is unable to be offered to another. London LN Studio has the right to decline/cancel any and all appointments made.
